I bought my first Puffco product in the Pivot last week and read through the whole user guide to get to know how to use it as well as know what the colors all mean.

Something that I've noticed is when I start a dab on any setting (and with a full battery every time) I'll be able to get like 3 or 4 hits and then the device will seem to turn off or it seems that way because pressing the button won't do anything. I will then restart it and do the preheat double click and am able to take another ~4 hits but then I get the solid red 5 second vibration indicating it's overheating.

Am I using the device wrong or is it defective?
