I think I got malware after I dumbly downloaded the wrong file
I was trying to download some files, and I dumbly downloaded a suspicious file because I wasn't familiar with the host site. I ran the .exe. There was no icon on the exe, so I guess my brain didn't think much of it since I've seen the icons some popular malware use, and I dumbly didn't think much of it, but after I did, I realized what I did and exited. Big mistake.
I disconnected the internet and immediately went to change my passwords (on another device, of course). I already had 2FA on most of my accounts, blocked my cards, and deleted cookies and browser privileges. I ran a Windows Defender scan, and it said it was fine, but I'm not sure I trust it. I have yet to do a Malwarebytes one, but I have to download it, and I'm a bit scared to turn on the internet on my pc.
That happened a couple of hours ago. After running more scans on Microsoft Defender, my pc restarted. I'm not sure if it was a Defender action or not.
Could someone help me go through FRST, please?
