How do I change the email on my acc to an email I’ve alr used before (but on an acc that’s now deleted)?
Idk why but I used my main email on an account I had on my MacBook and an alt email on my phone’s Spotify account. I want to play Spotify on my MacBook, but I also want to do it on my account bc I want to have all my playlists fully accessible to me (like to add more songs) and I genuinely don’t think I’ve used the account on my MacBook more than twice. However, to log in to my main account on my MacBook, I also need to log in on this alt email that I have on my phone’s Spotify account that I’ve also never used and that I’ve practically lost??
I recognised the change my email option on my phone and tried changing it to my main email after I deleted my whole acc off my MacBook (so, my main email isn’t registered to any Spotify account anymore). I tried changing my email the day of deleting my account AND about a week later (I thought it maybe didn’t fully process it at first as it was midst me changing my WiFi router and so maybe my WiFi was acting funny), but lo and behold it still tells me the email is registered to a different account. I’ve tried logging into my macbook account with said email again to see if it didn’t delete properly even though I got the email confirmation, but it tells me that the email ISNT registered to any account. What do I do?? 😭
