A30 Sleepbuds increasingly quiet in local mode
Been using them 6 months. Always in local mode without noise canceling to ensure the battery lasts all night.
Over the last month they've gotten quieter to the point that they no longer drown out any sound. At first there would be times when one bud was too quiet, but after a few minutes there would be a "pop" sound and then it would come back to normal volume. But now they're just quiet all the time.
What I've tried:
- Turning up sound in the app (it's already at max)
- Turning up sound via tap (no response)
- Uninstalling & reinstalling the app
- Restarting the buds
- Unpairing and re-pairing
- Downloading a new local audio file
The only thing that worked was switching to Bluetooth mode. But when I download the audio file and switch to local mode, it goes quiet again.
Any ideas?
