When I installed Ultramarine KDE Plasma, I was pleased that the set-up for fcitx5 keyboards were mostly complete after going through the onboarding experience.
Recently, after testing GNOME on live media running various extensions, I'm warming up to the idea of using GNOME. This makes me wonder, if I install Ultramarine GNOME on a new system in the future, how does the onboarding handle installation of fcitx5 keyboards? Are those keyboards hooked to Ibus or will Ultramarine handle the entire fcitx5 framework plus Kimpanel extension?
Unfortunately I don't have a spare partition for direct experimentation or the time to set-up a virtual machine to find out how well the GNOME onboarding experience works for me, so I'd appreciate it if I can get a direct answer on how Ultramarine GNOME handles non-English input methods' setup post-install.
