My mother tried to clean my new vintage jacket (probably from the 80s) with bicarbonate mixed with water (kind of a paste) and now there’s a stain. Anything I can do or do I have to buy mocha products. I’m poor.

This cactus has been in my house for like 15 years and I recently took it to my room because otherwise it would be thrown out. It has started becoming yellow at the top and going down, I did probably overwater it but hasn’t been watered for like 2 weeks now. Is it root rot? Can I save it?
