I read rule 1 and it seems like it’s okay to ask this. I’m not asking for confirmation on what kind of mold or anything. But before I call mold inspector for this, does this look like mold? I noticed this inside my cabinet under my kitchen sink. There were sponges resting on this spot, but they were unused. Unsure if the spot was there previous to that
