TSH is 6.32, Free T4 is 20, Thyroid Peroxidase Antibody <15 kU/L (range 0-34)

I’m already on low dose levothyroxine (25) but persistent symptoms such as chronic fatigue. Had to wait three months for this blood test, they want to wait another 6 weeks to test again as I was sick close to this time.

Wondering what could be the cause of ongoing fluctuation TSH if not hashimotos

Is this true? Where to go from here. They agreed to do thyroid panel and thyroid antibodies but not T3, is this unusual?
