Hello,
I am driving a 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-road, automatic transmission with 90k miles. I’ve noticed recently that when I turn my wheel all the way going at low speeds I hear the sound in the video below. I thought this was a problem with my power steering fluid at first, so I drained that (used a pump to drain it, the refilled it, drove around, drained again, refill it, etc for 5 cycles) but even after doing that I still hear the sound.

Any ideas what this could be? Thanks! (Context for the video — I went to an empty parking lot, took foot off gas pedal and turned the wheel all the way and stuck my camera out the window to capture the sound)
