Using the whoop on my wrist. It just whiffs. Way low.

I assume the issue has to do with the rowing motion itself, and in particular gripping the handle when I'm pulling. But it's stupidly frustrating.

Have people had luck with the bicep band while on an erg?

I mean... if the issue is motion during the row stroke, I'm not sure why the bicep band would be any better, since your biceps tense / release constantly just like your forearm.

But at this point, I'm at my wits end and looking for any advice folks may have.
