Long story short, I was prescribed Trimix last year. The original dosage worked, but my dosage was 50 units. At that time my urologist upped my prescription to “supermix”. (Sorry I do not have the amounts alprostadil,papervine or phentolamine). With the “supermix” 20 units worked perfectly and gave me a new lease. I was happy and the wife was very happy!
Fast forward. A couple of months pass and 20 units is not doing what it used to anymore. I tried 3 different injections, and again, contacted my urologist. At that time I was told to increase my dosage 5units at a time every 3 days apart. I’m up to 35 units (next shot). Things are getting close to what they were at the end of last year, but the duration isn’t even close.
Anyone else ever have this happen too? I have been doing injections for less than a year.
