Average ticket response time

Hey everyone
I currently have an open support ticket for 6 days now, which normally wouldn’t be a huge issue. However, 6 days ago I also passed my evaluation, and as far as I know, the payout/upgrade deadline is 7 days.
The problem started when I got banned due to the multiple account policy. Apex emailed me and asked me to choose one of my two accounts to keep. I selected my current account, but it still hasn’t been approved/reactivated yet.
I’m starting to get worried that even if they approve it, it might be too late for me to upgrade to my PA account because of the timing.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Did Apex extend deadlines in cases like this, or am I likely to lose the chance because support is taking too long?
