7.5mg has been a total nightmare dose, the exhaustion and appetite suppression is too much. On top of that, I haven’t lost so much as an ounce on this dose. Heck, I was even 1lb heavier this morning. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Anyhow, I want to order a new 5mg pen, but I’m not sure if I should continue of have a break for a few weeks and then start back at 2.5mg. I’m only 4lbs down in 2 months, and £200+ a month seems a pointless waste of money to lose such a small amount.

I don’t know, I’m just starting to getting really fed up with this now.
