I built a Notion Travel Planner that keeps my entire trip organized in one place. Need some feedbacks.
After getting tired of switching between notes apps, screenshots, booking emails, and spreadsheets every time I traveled, I decided to build a complete travel planning system inside Notion.
This planner helps organize everything in one dashboard:
✔️ Itinerary planning by date
✔️ Accommodation tracking
✔️ Transportation details
✔️ Packing checklist
✔️ Outfit planner
✔️ Expense tracker
✔️ Travel diary & memories
✔️ Trip status and travel dates
✔️ Destination collections
What I like most is that the whole trip flows chronologically, so it feels more like a real travel hub instead of random pages scattered everywhere.
A few things I focused on while building it:
- Clean visual layout
- Fast trip setup
- Mobile-friendly structure
- Minimal clutter
- Easy to duplicate for future trips (templates preset)
I’ve been using it for weekend trips and longer vacations, and it honestly reduced a lot of travel stress.
Would love feedback from other Notion users:
- What’s one feature you always need in a travel planner?
- Do you prefer minimal dashboards or more detailed systems?
