AMA. I am an alcoholic dead beat dad. I don’t know everything, but I bet I can answer some questions you cannot ask your affected acquaintances.
Be nice to me please. I am not emotionally dependent on alcohol. I am physically dependent on it. I plan to be under a bridge soon. I hope everyone I know will be okay. Including my 5 amazing kids. But I am the guy that blew it again and again, drinking. DCFS handled me quickly and without inquiry and I’m ok with it now.
I was abused by my wife for a decade leading up. Nobody cares or asks about that. AMA.
