I'm still trying to get how they went from 'we didn't even kiss' to the amazing montage at the start of ep 4. What am I missing?

With each reheat I keep noticing words or phrases that are used over and over in different episodes. This is really cool for continuity and really fun to find each time. For example - 'so much' is used several times. What have you noticed? I want to find more.

So for some reason tonight I got to thinking... Why did Shane even have a suit in 1410? He was there for a hockey commercial. Totally casual, hockey outfits, what did he need a suit for? What did I miss?
