Hello! I've begun work on a personal coat of arms for fun. This is a rough design for my shield. Please critique it! I'd love some advice on the design in general and any mistakes I've made.

Blazon (god I hope it's right): Per pale Gules and Or and Azure, a mullet of four points in Honor Point Sable and a roundel in Fess Point Sable, a wing reversed in Dexter Chief Or, a mullet of four points in Dexter Flank Or, a wing in Sinister Chief Or, an eye in Sinister Flank Or.
