zero communication
does anyone else just get absolutely no communication from their programs at this school? i’m speaking specifically from a nursing student perspective. there are a total of two admins that i know will reliably respond to my emails in a timely manner, neither of which are my academic advisor which makes completing the program so unbelievably difficult as someone with an unconventional track. i’ve been put on the wrong semester’s rotations, been excluded from rolls of classes that ive registered for the second they become available (even EARLY since im an honors student), and have been consistently ignored by my assigned advisor after four follow-up emails until it’s borderline too late. it’s exhausting. i can’t wait to finish and be rid of the headache.
sidenote: my minor is within the educational department, but i always get excellent communication with their dept head and all admin/staff. it’s even more frustrating seeing that they deal with a whole lot more people but are able to find the time to commit to their promise of open communication 🙃
