My last post led me to understand that i need practice to achieve the flow state n all, being stiff would automatically disappear with practice but what exactly is a flow state is it like bivol's shadowboxing like he keeps moving with a bounce step and punching or is it something different?
I already have a problem with being stiff and freezing up but i am trying to stay in a bounce step while throwing my combos during shadow boxing so is that the way ? Or should i try something different ? Any and all help is appreciated
Also my calves stiffen up after these so if anyone has any tips for that it will help too
