I'm 20, and have been experiencing some "dampness" on my nipples. This happens specifically whenever I'm getting closer to my cycle. It has been happening on and off for a while. For context, I am celibate by choice and the liquid is like a clear/slightly creamish color. Its also not a lot of liquid, not even a drop, but I squeezed my nipples and I saw a little more come out. I'm feeling anxious about this since I'm not sure why my body is like this, I'm not sure if its hormones or something else entirely. For the most part I feel okay, just a tenderness in my breasts but I tend to feel that whenever I get closer to menstruation. Is this normal? Should I see a doctor and how urgent is this? I'm also really sorry if this comes off as very stupid and naive.
