I ordered on 4/21 and they created the shipping label but hasn’t shipped, so I emailed customer service. They told me they could ship a replacement for free, but the package still hasn’t been shipped (only label created again). I’m moving out in a few days, so I was wondering if my package would arrive anytime soon. Anyone else also experiencing this issue?
