My pipe beveling machine gearbox is shot.

I have an older pipe beveling machine used for prepping steel pipe ends for welding. The gearbox started making a grinding noise and now it will not turn at all. I did find out manufacturer went out of busines, I've tried looking for replacement gearboxes or repair kits on Amazon and Chinese markets like Alibaba. Some sellers offer generic units but I am not sure about the fitment. Has anyone here repaired a beveling machine or similar pipe tool? Should I try to rebuild the gearbox myself or just buy a whole new machine? I have basic tool repair skills and I am willing to learn. The rest of the machine is in good shape.

Olight for a power outage emergency

I am putting together a small emergency kit for my home. I already have a few Olights for everyday carry. But I am thinking about adding a dedicated emergency light that lives in the kit full time. Something with a long runtime and maybe a strobe mode. I have seen other emergency lights on Alibaba, Amazon and eBay but I trust Olight more. Which model do you think works best for power outages? I am considering the Seeker or the Baton for their magnetic tail caps and good battery life. But maybe a headlamp is better so both hands are free. What do you keep in your emergency kit? ?

Is there a Bluetooth personal alarm that works with my earbuds?

I run alone before sunrise with my wireless earbuds in. I want a personal alarm that can send an alert sound directly to my earbuds, not just a loud siren that scares everyone around me. I have seen basic personal alarms on Alibaba, Amazon and eBay but they only make noise through a built in speaker. I am looking for something that connects via Bluetooth and plays a loud tone in my ears. That way I can hear it over my music. Does any company make a wearable panic button that alerts through connected headphones? I want to stay safe without blaring a siren down the whole street.

Found some stainless steel coils at a yard.

I was at an industrial auction and picked up a few stainless steel coils for cheap. They are 304 grade, about 0.8mm thick and 300mm wide though am not sure how much they weigh but each coil is pretty heavy. I usually scrap copper and aluminum. Never messed with stainless coils before. Is it worth hauling them to the yard or should I try to sell them to a fabricator instead? I looked up prices online and even checked on amazon , eBay and Alibaba to see what new coils cost. Seems like there is demand. But I am just a scrapper not a metal supplier. Any advice would be great.

Need a cheap ebook reader for long novels

I read a lot of long fantasy novels and my phone screen is hurting my eyes. I want to buy a basic ebook reader with a backlight. I do not need anything fancy, just something comfortable for reading at night. New Kindles are a bit expensive for me right now. I have seen used and refurbished devices on Amazon, ebay and Chinese marketplaces like Alibaba for around forty to fifty dollars. Has anyone here bought a budget ebook reader from these sites? How was the battery life and screen condition? I mostly read EPUB files so compatibility matters too.

I am dealing in spare parts for CRGO slitting machines online ; things like blades, bearings, and belts. I've found vendors on Amazon, Alibaba, and eBay, but my own website is getting very little traffic. I am struggling to find the right keywords that industrial buyers search differently than the regular shoppers. They use very specific terms like "CRGO slitting blade 200mm" or "bearing for slitting machine." Short tail keywords are too competitive. Has anyone here done SEO for industrial or B2B products? What keyword research tools do you recommend? I would love to hear your strategies for technical ecommerce SEO. Thanks in advance.

Hey everyone, I’m looking for advice on robot vacuum brands that are suitable for commercial cleaning. Specifically, I need something reliable for a small restaurant space with fairly frequent foot traffic and food debris. I’ve checked online and seen a few options pop up on typical sites like Amazon, eBay, and Alibaba, but it’s hard to tell what actually performs well in real world use.

If anyone here has experience using robot vacuums in a commercial setting, I’d really appreciate your recommendations, especially in terms of durability, maintenance, and cleaning efficiency. Thanks in advance!

I install garage doors for a living and I want to offer quiet rollers as an upgrade to my customers. Local suppliers charge eighteen to twenty five dollars per roller which makes the upgrade expensive. I decided to search for online vendors at platform like Alibaba, Amazon, and eBay for bulk pricing. I found nylon rollers with ball bearings for five to eight dollars each when buying fifty sets. Has anyone here bought quiet garage door rollers in bulk from these places for professional installation? How was the quality consistency across large orders? Did the rollers actually reduce noise as claimed? I want to offer this upgrade without risking my reputation on bad parts. Please share your experiences with bulk roller purchases.

I detail cars as a side business and usually use hot water for cleaning. I am looking at portable storage electric water heaters. They seem affordable on online marketplaces like Alibaba, Amazon, and eBay as compared to local retail shops. Some are small five gallon units that plug into a standard outlet while others are larger. I want something that heats water reasonably fast and holds temperature for a while. Has anyone here bought a portable electric water heater for car detailing or shop use? How well did it work for washing vehicles ; did it hold up to regular use? I do not want to spend hundreds on professional equipment if a budget option works fine.

I am looking for affordable training aids for my youth hockey player to use at home. We already have a shooting pad. Now we need pucks and balls for stickhandling drills. Local stores charge higher prices for simple plastic pucks and balls than online sellers.I did find this out after searching across Alibaba, AliExpress, and eBay for cheaper options. I found a variety of packs including different sizes and weights. But I worry about quality ; will they survive being used four days a week? Has anyone here bought off-ice training balls or pucks from these places for their young player? Which products held up best during daily practice? I want to keep costs down without buying junk that breaks immediately.

Looking for affordable basketballs for barangay courts in the Philippines

I help organize basketball games at our local barangay court. Since this year begun, we have been through balls quickly because of the rough concrete surface(we shifted our play ground). Prices at local stores is too much for us to keep up. I have been looking online at Alibaba, Amazon, and eBay for cheaper rubber basketballs and if possible , better quality. The prices in dollars seem low but shipping to the Philippines adds cost. I also worry about quality. Has anyone here ordered basketballs from these platforms for Philippine community use? I want to keep our pickup games going without constantly buying new balls. Please share your experiences and recommendations.

He Deserved

Let's be honest with ourselves - the narrative that Walter White was some tragic antihero is fundamentally wrong. He wasn't a good man pushed to extremes by circumstances. He was a narcissistic, manipulative monster who was given a choice between accepting help (from the Schwartzes) and becoming a criminal kingpin, and he chose the latter because it fed his ego.

From the very beginning, he made selfish decisions that hurt everyone around him:

Refusing chemotherapy until his family forced him to

Lying to Skyler repeatedly

Poisoning Brock to manipulate Jesse

Watching Jane die without intervening

Ordering the execution of Gale

Manipulating Jesse into becoming his emotional punching bag

The show brilliantly humanized him, but let's not confuse relatable motivations with moral justification. Walt's cancer was just a convenient excuse to finally embrace the darkness that was always inside him. He didn't "break bad" - he finally showed his true colors.

The real tragedy of Breaking Bad wasn't Walter's fall from grace, but the collateral damage he left in his wake: Jesse's lost innocence, Hank's death, Skyler's psychological torment, and the countless lives destroyed by his product.

Walter White wasn't a hero. He wasn't even an antihero. He was a villain who got exactly what he deserved in the end.

Am I wrong? Let the downvotes begin.

I’m planning to start a small business in waterproofing and building installation services, and I’m currently researching suppliers for EPDM rubber seals used in doors and windows. I’m exploring sourcing options on platforms like Alibaba, Amazon, and eBay since prices appear much lower compared to traditional channels. However, I’m concerned about quality and long-term durability, as EPDM must withstand UV exposure, moisture, and temperature changes without cracking or shrinking. As a startup, I can’t afford product failures or callbacks. Has anyone here built a business relying on online suppliers for critical construction materials, and how do you verify quality before bulk orders?

I'm helping my scout troop stay within budget this year. We need new neckerchiefs for our growing group of kids. I have been looking at different options online including Amazon, eBay and Alibaba. The prices vary a lot but I care most about durability. These scarves will get dirty at campouts and will be washed repeatedly(we aim at being hyperactive ). They need to hold their color and keep their shape. I also want something comfortable against the skin for kids who are sensitive to rough fabrics. I am curious where other troop leaders get their neckerchiefs and accessories. What has worked well for your group and is there any specific materials or suppliers you trust?

I maintain fire alarm systems for several small office buildings. The backup batteries need replacement every few years. Name brand sealed lead acid batteries cost about forty dollars each from local suppliers. I found the same voltage and amp hour ratings on Alibaba for 25 dollars each. The price difference is huge. But I am nervous about using cheap batteries in life safety equipment. Has anyone here used online sourced SLA batteries for fire alarm panels? Do they actually last as long as name brands? I worry about premature failure during a real power outage. If you have tested budget batteries for critical applications, please share your real world experience.
