Does anyone get the Tetris effect/ syndrome with logos etc when they work on a project for a long period of time, more so at night when slightly sleep deprived and stressed out? I.e closing your eyes and seeing random flashing variations of the logo

~ The Tetris effect is when you see something in your minds eye because you have looked it IRL for so long that your brain thinks it is important to replay it in different ways when you close your eyes ~

It can be nice because it has given me ideas at times but it is mostly annoying when it happens because it is usually unhelpful and I don’t want to think about work anymore 😂
