Sigh….I’m at a loss now, what can I do/request now??

I asked our family doctor to give me the bloodwork requisition to get my SSA and SSB checked, I’m in BC Canada so because my ANA is always negative, the ENA never gets done.

So I paid to have just the ENA done - results came back negative. If both ANA and ENA are negative, could I still possibly have Sjogrens?
