Medieval Knight of The Kingdom of Jerusalem,

Just wanted to share some eye candy of a printed and painted (By Gian Luca) model from Northern Crusades Miniatures. It is a knight in the Holyland wearing the colors of the Kingdom of Jerusalem, with the light blue color and the golden/yellow Jerusalem Cross. The pose is a knight looking backwards, he is in full chainmail and wears a helmet of a style very popular at the time.

The model has been scaled from 28/32mm to 54mm and printed in resin.

Hope you enjoy this cool piece of miniature!

Ad Arma 2026 - The Uprising Tactical Board Game was tested...

During the Ad Arma 2026 the upcoming game "The Uprising" was present for the first time and the game was tested live. Here some images from the convention and of the game and two of the gamers.... and no, you do not need to wear a 30 kilo chainmail protection to play, but it do add to the experience...

I hope to be able to show a few images of the rulebook soon - as well as some more images of printed/painted miniatures. The miniatures in the game are designed by Northern Crusades Miniatures, and the same miniatures are used for the artwork, so you actually get the models from the artwork in the game...

The Leshi/Leshy Monster - some images of the progress... (For Uprising Game)

For the UPRISING Tactical Board Game the Pagans will not just be represented by men, it will include Gods and Demons... one of them is the Leshi/Leshy which is a prominent shapeshifting forest guardian from the Slavic Folklore, often depicted as a tall, sometimes bearded spirit with tree-like features (bark skin, pine needle hair), horns and long sharp claws, who protects woodland animals and plants. Known for leading travelers astray or punishing those who harm nature, he acts as a mischievous trickster or guardian rather than a purely malicious monster, but make no mistake, he is a badass!

Here both some renders and also test printed/painted samples during a test game. Personally I think it is AWESOME!

Medieval Hansa Kogge Model ship - My first 3D Model ship

This is one of the first wargaming models I ever did, and still one of my favourites. The model is based on findings and a rebuild Kogge which now sails in the Baltic Sea. During the medieval ages these mighty ships where used by almost all the Christian powers around the Baltics... it was build for trade, but with the rear castle it were also used as a warship and to transport Kings and Royals between the different Kingdoms.

Hope you like it and if you were to chose a medieval ship type in STL-files, which would you prefer?

Currently the board game "The Uprising" is in final development and here are a few images of some of the miniatures from the game, painted and on the game-board. The game is set in the time of the Medieval Ages - and the crusades to the Baltics. It is a tactical combat skirmish in the Age of Northern Crusades. Teutonic Knights, pagan Prussians, Gods and Demons at war for the Baltics. A mix of history and myth.

I will add some more info and images in the coming weeks and hope you will like the hard work Bernhard has put in this hobby project....

Just wanted to show another model printed (Resin) and with some paint added (By Gerard). The model is 28/32mm and he is painted to represent a medieval Swedish Jarl (Birger Jarl) from the Folkunga-Family, which is very visible by the colors and especially the shield.

I am particular proud of the helmet and the crest, which makes him stand out as the commander... and the base gives him a little height compared to others.

Hope you enjoy this eye candy

(Model created by Northern Crusades Miniatures, printed in original scale 28/32mm).

Just wanted to share an image of one of the wargaming ships I have done, this one is a Viking Longship with a siege protection added... basically inspired by the TV-Series "Vikings"

Hope that you like it :0)

Hi,

This might be interesting for some... I did this set of female archers a few weeks back. That should be an interesting addition to some games/dioramas. (28/32mm scale)

If interested in a link, just let me know.

Best regards

Jens

Hi,

New here, but wanted to show an image of one of the Knights from my collection of wargaming miniatures (realistic). This knight painted by Gian Luca represents a high ranking medieval Swedish knight.

3D Model is scaled up and printed in 54mm scale, originally from Northern Crusades Miniatures at MMF in 28/32mm.

Best regards and hope you enjoy.
