I've been looking for a really nice VCR DVD combo to place in my retro room that matches my silver Trinitron. Been using a crappy Toshiba combo that I swear finds every opportunity to piss me off lol.

Found this at the local Savers for $11. Needs serviced, the dvd tray doesn't open and it sometimes won't eject tapes right but it still plays just fine. Went to go look for a remote replacement online and noticed these are fetching almost $100 used? What did I stumble on here lol?

I only bought it because it seemed well built, was silver in color, was a Sony, and had component out. Seems like I maybe hit the jackpot!
