Why is that when I switched to a better mouthpiece, I could barely hit high C?

Context: I have an unknown mouthpiece (Like a bit shallower 7C) that was given to me with my old trumpet, it is now 5 years with me, I could hit High C with it,no sweat. Just this April, I bought a mouthpiece (YAMAHA TR VIZZUTTI), On my first week, I hit my highest note yet (High G or G4), but then after 2nd week,I felt like crap, I could barely hit A3, then on my 3rd week, I cannot even hit high C without squeaking my sound like a beginner. SMH,
