We’re not a big company so I assumed payroll would be straightforward but every cycle I still end up checking things multiple times just to be sure nothing is off hours, taxes and random details that always need attention

It’s not even that anything major is broken it just never feels simple or reliable

Is there a smarter way to run this. Any help around that?
