We had interview after April 27. I understand the updated background screening. During interview, officer said he will approve it. On that night, we got two action emails. I checked the api. It is FTA1. As per my search, the case should be under supervisor final review or in queue to approval. Is my understanding correct?

But again, As I understand it varies case to case. Not all case is same. Based on legal entry, other situations it varies.
