Guys I have such a love hate relationship with mounjaro, see my before and after pics…1 year apart!

However since being off for about 7 months, I have gained some weight back and am back craving naughty things and having little control, although I am not as bad as I used to be!

One thing I did notice was just the elasticity of my body and skin when on the jab was much better it was and my stomach just instantly being so bloated once I came off. I can’t explain it but when I am on the injection I feel so much better, I feel happier and enjoy things outside of food, my weekends now revolve around what we’re having for dinner etc but mounjaro made me think so much more about enjoying daily life!!

I also find my face when on it and body in general is so much less inflamed.

I am 99% sure I suffer with undiagnosed autoimmune problem of some kind and that’s why even just being on the injection and not losing weight makes me feel so much better, it also helps my ADHD insane amount…honestly I just love it!!

Saying that, I have had some horrible side effects…my ferritin dropped down to just 6, I think this was due to my lack of knowledge and when I start again soon I will supplement and ensure I eat the right amount as I was hardly eating before.

I also just felt my stomach was constantly a bit off like I never knew what it would do next 🤣😭 again… I need to supplement myself better and ensure I fuel myself so that I can continue on a low dose!
