would you move to istanbul for 2 years for your turkish partner? the partner is interested in moving to germany but she already has a stable full-time job in finance so she doesn’t want to throw her career away. and if things didn’t work out for you in turkey, she’d be willing to move with you to germany or pretty much any other country. but right now she can’t really quit her job
