The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides
The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides: I really enjoyed the book. I listened to it as an audiobook, but I believe this would be better as a reading experience.
There were parts I would find myself drifting off while listening to it. I had a deep distrust for the narrator because I found him very unlikeable. I don’t think I liked a single character in this book, but I think that was intentional. The book felt very grey and gloomy while reading.
As much I was expecting a similar ending, the way it actually unfolded was very well done.
