Hi hi hiiii! Just wondering if there's someone here who's knowledgeable on intercompany sales? I am planning to do this and I have no clue about the process. I will be closing my existing busines but it has remaining inventories. I want to sell those to my new business. What documents do I need? Is it risky? Can I sell it at cost?
