I usually don’t make posts like this, but I think it’s important to share my experience with the community.
I ordered a pair of sneakers from Mr. Li after he confirmed that the pair was in stock. Once the payment was sent, I waited almost two weeks before he finally told me that the pair was actually out of stock. Because of that, I had to choose and order another pair instead.
After another week of waiting, I finally received the QC pictures. The quality was honestly disappointing, so I asked for another pair. Instead of sending real QC pictures, he sent me photos directly from the album, pretending they were QC pictures. This happened multiple times.
Eventually, after the third attempt, I decided to approve the pair just to move things forward.
He then provided me with a tracking number, but the number cannot be recognized on any tracking platform. Since then, it has been over 3 weeks and he has completely stopped replying to my messages.
At this point, I honestly don’t know if the package was ever shipped or not.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but poor communication, fake QC pictures, invalid tracking numbers, and disappearing after payment is not acceptable for a trusted seller.
I just wanted to share my experience so other members can be careful before ordering.
