I want to get a pair of Asics GEL-NYC, but I have never owned one.

My question is, how accurate is their size chart?

My feet are 28,5 cm long, I wear a 45,5 eu on Nike and a 45 with Vans.

On the asics website, 28,5cm foot is listed as a 45 EU.

Is that already considering "extra room" for the foot, or is it the actual space available within the shoe?

Idk whether I should go 45 or 46.

Use would be casual only.
