I (17 F) am unable to access my credit karma as it loads non-stop and won't allow me to take a glimpse of my credit score.
I've changed my PW because I thought it was the problem but the screen never stops loading.
I have already emailed credit karma but it's been a week and no response except the typically “ thank you I'll blah blah”.
I wanna know what I can do to fix this problem or other ways to see my credit score.
I only have (one) chase debit card and I'm researching more ways to improve my score inorder to open another one. But tips and advice is welcome to improve or go for a type of card.
