i use windows 10, and i want to use a version of mspaint that has the layers and transparency added to it, but not copilot.

im trying to look for a version from september 2023 (thats when layers were added), but before around november 2024 (thats when ai was implimented).

ive looked everywhere but i cant find anything. ive seen other reddit posts linking to versions from 2023, but all of the links are dead or dont work on my computer.
