Hi all,
Had the Mini for about a year now when I was offered the standard kit for free with the condition of using residential subscriptions on both.
I figured I'll set up the standard at the farm and the mini at home. The moment I activated the mini at the new address, I was charged 600 USD demand surcharge (!). I don't remember seeing a warning, certainly not 600 USD in fees, which I dont know how to afford now...
I immediately cancled but the charge persists...
Support insists that this is applied automatically and they cannot do anything about it...
I don't want to use the Mini there now but they will cancel the standard kit if the mini doesnt have a subscription. I need to maintain one on my farm for my father as he's old and if anything happen i want him to be able to call...
I'm also scared of changing anything in the locations and being charged even more money...
Any idea what I can do?
EDIT: I just checked the area on the website and it doesn't show as high demand...Support insisted that this might fluctuate...during the day...
