Hi guys so i’m currently in the middle of my 6th week on Reta & Reta only… Im at 2.5/g weekly now (started at .5 and went up by the same amount until I got to 2.5) The first 4 weeks I was working 16 hrs a day, barely working out, and getting terrible sleep but since then quit my 2nd job so I could be more consistent with the gym & dieting which has been working alright - Not sure if I should be seeing more results? Any recommendations to more workouts I should be doing to help with results? i’m 6’4 btw
