I've been practicing my character design by picking a random animal and then putting them in a civil war uniform, which has been really fun. The first is a brown pelican as a Louisiana Zouave (wheat's tigers), the second is an eastern diamondback snake in a standard CSA uniform, and the third is a ferret in a standard union uniform.
