I think I have fleas
So here's the timeline:
Bought a meal for a homeless guy on Monday afternoon. Shook his hand, stood next to him for about five minutes waiting for his food.
Next morning, woke up with what I thought were a few mosquito bites on my arm. A little while later thought I saw a tiny bug jump off of my arm, but wasn't sure.
That evening on subway saw a small bug jump off of my leg.
Later that evening my shoulder and back started to itch. Took off my shirt and found about a dozen bites on my back. Assumed delayed-reaction bedbug bites because of locations (nothing on ankles or feet), but couldn't find any evidence in sofabed. Slept on couch in other room last night. Ordered ALL of the bedbug stuff on Amazon
Woke up this morning with more bites. A few minutes ago found a small bug on my arm and managed to catch it in a container. Opened the container to get a pic and it almost jumped out. Got it onto a piece of scotch tape so I wouldn't lose it. Unfortunately, even though your rules say to post picks of the top of the bug, it looks like this is the bottom, and it's stuck to the tape.
It's a little smaller than a sesame seed.
I have three cats, but they get flea treatments and I just examined them and found nothing. Also no signs of itching.
Flea? Bedbug? Something else??
