Has anyone worked as a hospice social worker and since transitioned to a different area due to burnout? If so, what do you do now?

Has anyone ever transitioned from working as a hospice social worker to working in utilization review? If so, do you like UR? I’m getting burnt out and need a change with less emotional toll and more work life balance.
