I got these back in September of 2025 to help with my bf’s snoring. They’ve been super great for that purpose even if the lifespan when using Bluetooth and ANC at the same time is pretty short. Lately I’ve been having an issue with the right earbuds sound going in and out.

I clean them regularly and made sure there’s nothing that would be blocking the sound. It’s like the audio is super faint to the point of there being no audio at all. It would usually bounce back after a day and fiddling with it, but this time it seems permanent.

Has anyone replaced a singular earbud via warranty? I see the option on their app but I’m not sure if that’s the best idea.
