Experiences with CAANZ as a provisional member/student?
Hi everyone,
I’m interested in hearing people’s honest experiences with CAANZ as a provisional member/student, particularly around whether you feel the organisation is generally fair and reasonable in the way it operates.
I’m curious about things like:
- grading and assessment decisions
- handling of disputes, appeals, or reassessment requests
- consistency and transparency in decision-making
costs associated with provisional membership, subject enrolments, and additional resources (e.g. CASM)
- whether support/resources felt worth the price
- overall treatment of students and candidate experience
I’m not looking to attack the institution or start arguments, I’d just genuinely like to hear a range of experiences and perspectives, both positive and negative, to understand how others view the organisation.
