Partial Hysterectomy:7.5 Years Post-op Questions

I had a partial hysterectomy in November of 2018 due to prolapse and a failed esure coil placement (this device has since been taken off the market for lots of medical issues 🙃). While there have been many positive outcomes from my surgery, I do find myself emotionally exhausted from the onslaught of hormone issues, early peri/menopause symptoms that my doctors seem to always dismiss, and weight gain. I have seen a ton of posts about those who have recently had surgery but haven’t found many that are several years down the road in their journey. Just curious to see what is helping other women like me navigate the challenges of life post hysterectomy. I had surgery at 27 and am now 35 and want to be healthy and happy in my life for my kids, husband, and ultimately myself! Thanks in advance ☺️
