Some are topps, bandai I guess. The numbered charizard-dragonite I have no idea what they are. They say officially licensed nintendo product on the back.

Any of these potentially worth anything? The vileplume is pretty damaged but the rest of them have been in hard cases for a long time and look pretty good close-up.
