Hi everyone I’ve been looking into oura and ringconn and am not sure which one to invest in

I have an apple watch but absolutely hate how bulky it is and the fact u have to move your arm for it to track steps accurately…. Ugh! I also NEVER remember to charge it

I want a ring to track my activity, stress, and menstrual cycles so please share your insight!
