I was connected then the proctor had me refresh because the page was stuck then I got disconnected. Restarted reopened guardian browser connected to wgu and relaunched “reconnect” button in proctoru and I’m getting the download screen. WTF ANY HELP ON THIS it’s so irritating and annoying for my first time ever.
