NEED HELP SPECIFICALLY FROM LAWYERS IN GERMANY

Hello everyone,

I am an international student in a German university. I made a payment of 1.95 Euros to onlinelebenslauf.com for a weekly access to get my CV template (feel free to judge me for paying money on a CV template). I made the payment on 12th April and today I found out that I ended up on a premium membership plan that I didn't remember agreeing to and saw a deduction of 34.95 Euros a week after the initial payment, 19th April. I checked again with a different account and found that the actual payment page looks very misleading.

The button that says "Weiter" (Continue/Next) seems to imply that I am paying 1.95 Euros for a weekly 7-day access only. It lists all the advantages and a discount in very big attention-grabbing text. The information about the premium membership fee of 34.95 Euros is written at the very bottom, in a smaller font size and faded colour.

I realized why I missed this when I paid the weekly access amount and one can say that I am the one who didn't read it thorougly but it still looks misleading, the entire design. Here's the link to the page https://app.onlinelebenslauf.com/product/

I want to know if I have a case here to get a refund.

PS. I am also over the 14-day period, so I am not sure how to proceed

Thank you for reading and any help 😄
