I’m a mess. Does anyone else do this?
This is my confession I’m too embarrassed to even tell my therapist, so here goes. I spend hours in the car searching my head for the perfect hair to pull, it has to be the right brightness of light or it doesn’t work. The car is my favorite spot because I’m alone and no one can walk in on me like the public bathroom which unfortunately has great lighting. I also spend a ridiculous amount of time in the bathroom recording the back of my head to find hairs I can’t see to try and find the perfect one. I love watching it back but my husband saw me and I thought I was going to die, I just said it was related to wanting to see how long it had gotten but he didn’t believe me
I’m so ashamed but can’t stop. Literally .I should shave my head but I might miss it too much
